This page provides all the Semester End Reports. These reports are to be submitted during Fall and Spring semester, on or before May 1st and December 1st. Accredtiation points will not be awarded unless a report is received. The Community Service Report is the only report that can be submitted any time during the semester, following an event, for acceditation points.

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President or Treasurer.

Community Service & Philanthropy Report

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President or Philanthropy Chairman.

Member Involvement Report

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President.

Graduation Report

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President.

Scholarship and Awards Report

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President or Scholarship Chairman.

Recruitment Report

This report is to be submitted by the Chapter President or Recruitment Chairman.

Chapter Advisor Report

This report is to be filled out and submitted by your Chapter Advisor.

University Report

This report is to be filled out and submitted by your Greek Advisor or Office of Greek Life.
